Login Security
Camp Lots is not responsible for server errors or security break-in issues. Camp Lots has taken many steps to ensure complete security to customer accounts. It is the member's responsibility to keep their login information private, Camp Lots is not responsible for email and password cracks/hacks.

Data Loss
Camp Lots does back-up data daily in case of database corruption or server corruption. Camp Lots will post a message for members to see that states a database has had troubles and needs re-instating. This may mean that data from that day needs to be re-entered by members who added data within that 24-hours. Every step is taken to prevent this occurrence, but it is possible to happen and lose new data from past 24-hours of entry. Camp Lots cannot be held legally accountable for lost information due to the above stated and will work closely with anybody who has lost data to try and re-capture data.

Refunds
Camp Lots is not responsible to refund purchased services unless services are not rendered.
